①Change into yukata and get ready

We recommend changing into the yukata at your accommodation.
There are no showers, shampoos, or body soaps in the public baths. It is a simple structure with only a dressing room and a bathtub. Bring a bath towel and washcloth.

If you wish to shampoo or wash your face, please do so in the bathroom of your accommodation.

②Borrow the key to the public bath

Rent the key to the public bath at the inn you are staying at.

③Go to your favorite public bath

You can visit the public baths in any order you like.
Depending on the public bath, the small bath may be crowded, so please make arrangements to go to another public bath that is open

You may press the key while turning it, or you may pull it.

④Please take off your clogs and footwear at the entrance.

Shoes are strictly prohibited in the changing room. Please take off your geta before using.

⑤Bathing

Be sure to wash your body before taking a bath. The bathtub is located at a low level, so please sit while washing so that the water does not splash on the person in the bath.

Be careful as it is very hot as it is fed directly from the source!

There are no valuables boxes in the changing rooms, so please take care of your valuables.

If the bath is hot, you can adjust it by adding water. Be sure to turn off the water once it reaches the appropriate temperature.
